Where Learning Begins with Joy

Early Elementary

Red | Orange | Yellow Groups

Our Early Elementary program is designed to come alongside homeschooling families and those exploring homeschooling by providing strong learning foundations during the most formative years. This program partners with parents by supporting essential academic skills while honoring the important role families play in a child’s education, especially on home days.

Curriculum Deep Dive & Educational Philosophy

Learning That Lays a Strong Foundation

At The Kid Connection, we see each child as a masterpiece—uniquely created by God with purpose and potential. We don’t just teach—we come alongside families to support the whole child: academically, emotionally, and spiritually.

In these early years, learning is intentionally hands-on, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Students are nurtured through a thoughtful blend of academics, creativity, and play, all within a faith-centered environment.

Literacy & Math
Foundational Literacy & Math

Students engage in rich, developmentally-appropriate instruction that builds early reading fluency, phonics, comprehension, number sense, and problem-solving skills—laying the groundwork for lifelong learning.

Social & Emotional Development

We prioritize kindness, self-regulation, and relationship-building. Teachers intentionally guide students in learning how to express emotions, solve conflicts peacefully, and grow in empathy—building Christ-like character from the inside out.

Science & Social Studies
Hands-On Science & Social Studies
